Biography

Since the mid-nineties, Dave Sweeten has been a staple in the west coast underground scene and a major innovator of electronic dance music culture. With roots planted in Utah and a following to back him, Dave has become one of Salt Lake City's premiere DJs and producers. As an affiliate of the nation-wide Fader Freekz DJ crew, he has performed in cities, mountains, and deserts throughout the western U.S. and has thrown down along side some of the most prolific names in the industry.

In 2005/2006, Dave attended The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Tempe, AZ, where he studied audio engineering and production. He spends his time rockin' the local underground scene, producing original music and perfecting his DJ, performance, and audio engineering skills. Dave co-hosts an internet radio show on Glitch.fm called Basstream Radio. He also has digital releases on Substruk Records and Lefthouse Recordings.

Dave Sweeten aspires to reach new heights and travel to new places with music. With the talent and determination that he has, it is inevitable.
