The Next Level Radio crew was very honored to once again be invited out by our good friends at http://www.slentertainment.com/ to cover the performances of some of our absolute all time favorite and most admired artists.
We were ecstatic when we heard from Steve LeVine Entertainment that we had been granted an exclusive interview with the headliners before the show. NiT GRiT rarely agrees to interviews - so we were so honored when NiT GRiT told us that he was really stoked to meet with us because the station and the show have been such long time supporters and fans.
We were so happy when we heard about this show - truly showing the scene in Phoenix Arizona is finally catching up with the rest of the Bassmusic lovin’ world. A huge influx of love and support from Steve Levine & Insomniac has brought new life to and revitalized the efforts and morale of the of the Uk Thursdays crew - holding down the Bassmusic and Dubstep scene with regular support for years now.
We arrived early at the request of the crews to do the interviews - around sound check time we were escorted into The School of Rock - located at 411 Mill in Tempe AZ. The production crews were extremely motivated and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The interviews went amazing - and despite the performers being a little road worn - they were in great spirits and super excited for the show and the tour in general. It was a great honor for us to sit and and have the honor of asking these performers some of our favorite questions, ranging from production, upcoming projects, and life on tour. The interviews did have some sound issues - so we are editing and transcribing them now - and look for those exclusive interviews with NiT GRiT and Two Fresh on an upcoming episode of our weekly show!!!!
