Born and raised in Utah, Nick Bliss was exposed to the party and disc jockey life at an early age. As a kid, he'd help his dad out with his mobile dj gigs and live radio events. He'd be helping man the homemade lighting system, or mixing 80's and early 90's pop tracks using just the mixer gains, and an old pair of Technic turntables. As he grew older, he also got the opportunity to spent some graveyard hours helping his brother load eight-track tapes on the radio from sounds of the 60's and 70's at WKRP radio. In 1997 he grasp onto the wheels of steel and entered the world of electronic music DJing. He started first with the sounds of Drum N Bass, and has since grew into including breaks, hip hop, mid-tempo, and glitch hop in his DJ sets.
In 1999 he teamed up with his family and created Robotech Productions, which helped pioneer the Drum N Bass sound in Utah. Since then he's had the opportunity to be involved with and work with Nightdroppin Events, Substruk Records, and Latter Day Dub. He's started working with music production recently, and aspires to innovate new sounds and acquire new skills through today's growing music technology. He's been on the forefront of the up and coming Glitch Hop sound, and has become one of Salt Lake City's premiere DJs. He's held down 4 club residency's, with his current residency at W Lounge, where he host's a Glitch Hop and Dubstep Monthly called Trust.
